Are you searching for a deeper sense of emotional freedom and balance in your life? Do you struggle with people-pleasing or find yourself in relationships filled with hurt, anger, guilt, or loneliness? Join us in a safe, supportive, and Christ-centered group where you will:

• Acknowledge and define compulsions to rescue and fix people 
• Understand the role your family of origin has played 
• Recognize what causes unhealthy relationship dependence 
• Learn new, healthy patterns for relating to others and Upgrade all your relationships
• Discover biblical strategies that bring hope and promise healing
• Follow a Christ-centered 12-step recovery process for freedom from codependency

Course Details

This is a Christ-centered 12-Step Recovery Support Group and Bible Study for Women who have experienced dysfunctional relationships or challenging family systems

• Length: 9 months (September–June)
• One Time New Members Fee:  $75 (not including books)*
• Curriculum Books Required: (purchase through Amazon or speak to Upgrade Team)
  • Conquering Codependency by Pat Springle (Workbook)
  • The Language of Letting Go by Melody Beattie (Daily Devotional)

Our group follows Christ-centered recovery principles, offering a space of grace, truth, and hope.

*Fee is ONLY for new members. This fee is a one-time only requirement should you decide to register for other Upgrade Ministry Courses in the future at Gateway Church.
